Privacy Policy

CDX Voice uses your username, password hash, optional verified email, session and device identifiers, friendships, blocks, room metadata, reports and push tokens to provide private voice communication. Voice audio is transmitted through LiveKit and is not recorded by this service. WebRTC transport is encrypted; this is not a claim of end-to-end encryption. Email is sent through mail-x; push delivery uses Apple or Google. Account deletion removes credentials and social data and anonymizes your account. Moderation and room records may retain a pseudonymous account ID for abuse prevention. Expired recovery tokens are removed after one day and processed webhook IDs after seven days. Operator contact, region, moderation retention and backup retention must be finalized before public release.
